Public sexual harassment is one of the most widespread yet overlooked forms of gender-based violence in the UK. It affects millions of people, especially women, girls and marginalised communities. For too long, it has been ignored, excused or treated as inevitable.

Our Streets Now is a youth and survivor-led movement fighting to end public sexual harassment through education, research, public campaigns and policy change. In 2023, after four years of relentless organising, we won a major victory: public sexual harassment became a criminal offence in the UK. But the fight is far from over. Legal change is just the start — now we are pushing to make safety a reality.

Your donation powers workshops and resources co-created with young people, bold public campaigns that shift the conversation, research and advocacy that influence national policy, and training for educators, professionals and organisers.

£10 | Start the conversation

Could fund posters and printed materials for a school or college, helping spark vital conversations about harassment, consent, and public safety among young people.

£25 | Get our voices heard

Could cover the cost for a young campaigner to speak to the media or a politician. Your support puts powerful stories in front of people who can make change happen.

£150 | Bring free workshops into schools

Could pay for a student workshop tackling harassment and consent, delivered in a school that couldn’t otherwise afford it. Your gift helps young people build confidence and understanding early on.
